We work with all sorts of companies including most of the Fortune 1000. We service both SMB and Enterprise teams in all departments, but we see engagement in HR, Finance, CS, Sales, and Marketing.
Have enjoyed the ease of use DocuXplorer offers. Easy to manage and install while allowing us to be confident the solution is being backed up and protected.
When capturing info from a scanned document, if the scan goes in crooked(which happens all the time), there are some problems scanning.
Using this product in the past, I always found it very powerful and easy to use. Tech support was great, and new features and revisions continued to improve an already great product.
The one thing ive always disliked about the software is that you cant export partial information to another computer, file by file, its an all or none deal.
The best thing of all is that I organize my files and documents in an instant, the good thing is that it also uses several languages and is easy to use, I recommend it.
Some of the graphic document editing tools are difficult to use.
The users are very satisfied with the DocuXplorer but in my position as IT Manager, I appreciate the great support.
Seems like there are some bugs within DX...we get error messages from time to time, and sometimes DX freezes up on us where we have to end the task and restart it.
We've won awards for our customer service, our innovative approach to business, and sheer growth.
It's mostly just folders and sub-folders. Weird errors: At times videos wouldn't transcode or some files wouldn't be recognized right away.
Overall experience has been fantastic. Customer service is great and I have really enjoyed the software.
We in mølbak have some issues since the credit card used to pay for this software have been changed a few times resulting in problems accessing the software.
Aside from the amazing customer service, I like the ease of use and being able to jump right in and build something. It's easy enough to know where to find something and how to make changes.
The logic flow is a little difficult and they want me to pay more for additional functionality.
Process Street fits perfectly in the middle, allowing me to rapidly draft new processes, perfect them through easy and flexible editing, and share them out to my team as needed.
Trying to find archived lists can be a little difficult in my opinion.
Sean H.: My name is Sean. I'm a human resources consultant level two, an organization with about a hundred employees, and I would rate Process Street as a four. Yeah, we use Process Street every day for creating processes, going through making step-by-step instructions, onboarding brand new employees, how do you access tools, whether it's Zendesk, Prism, other tools. Process Street will allow us to go through and create step-by-step instructions to clearly define what the needs are and how to accomplish them in a very easy process. I really like Process Street for its customization and its automation tools, allowing the use of AI as well as going in and updating and changing items as needed. It's very effective tool. The only area of opportunity for Process Street wouldn't be maybe some tutorials or guides, some video instructions perhaps, to allow brand new users to really get in there and utilize the AI and the customization.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
