I appreciated how the fees were detailed and listed and I did not feel there was any hidden fees. Again, the ease of use is very important to me.
I have zero control over it on my end besides resending the email. My notary block is consistently screwed up (sideways, too small to read, etc.) which makes the whole exercise useless.
Great and Super Responsive, I looked at alot of other software before I went with SigniX and I'm sure glad we choose them.
Difficult for signers to access the platform and get through the extremely difficult KBA questions and then there are problems with the ID verification.
There is a helpful training video and several FAQ's to address all of my questions thus far. I am not super technologically advanced and this software was easy to use for me.
I chose this platform over DocVerify because it had a lower upfront cost. But being charged $10 for the notary stamp, I literally am making no money on that part of the process.
This is a good program that is striving to improve and I give them kudos for that.
I hate you can do multiple notary stamps in the same document. WHat if a Husband and Wife hav to sign a document you hsouldn't have to break it into 2 documents to do it.
Simple to use, affordable and reliable. It is a great product that is critical for our work.
Required Integrations are gated. Documentation is broken, missing images, incomplete.
Their support is great and they're putting out new features every month which shows great promise. So far, I'm pretty happy with the purchase of this software.
Inability to send a reminder on documents waiting for a signature.
I like that I don't have to sign everything in person, but everybody can do that in the convenience of their own home. I love that it is very easy to use.
Custom branding is limited and email customization is also limited.
Perfect for beginners but has a ton of options and is very customizable and can be a great tool for seasoned pros or developers.
The downside of being feature heavy is sometimes things dont work.
