Overall, my experience has been great with Act-On. The customer support is very special and helpful because they do their best to help with projects and tasks that I want to complete.
They should at least notify customers of upcoming renewals. We had stopped using the software as months before and forgot about it until we starting seeing $ charges to the company.
The product is good on its own, and it pairs nicely with Salesforce. The vendor is reliable and provides great service.

What I like most about Act-On is it's highly customizable and very easy to make small changes to existing campaigns and journeys over time. One of the things I like least about Act-On is because it has so many features and it's so powerful, the interface can sometimes feel a little bit complicated. So when new team members who haven't used it before have to get initiated and trained on it, sometimes it can take a little while for them to get fully up and running and be able to work independently.

The best things about Pipedrive are the easy of access to the information, the integrations, and the reminders. Having information accessible for our commercials make the access to the deal in seconds really easy and more efficient. Actually, it was really easy because of the integrations of the Pipedrive. The integration with Gmail and Outlook also make the process really, really smooth, and it helped us to avoid losing information.
