Overall, my experience has been great with Act-On. The customer support is very special and helpful because they do their best to help with projects and tasks that I want to complete.
They should at least notify customers of upcoming renewals. We had stopped using the software as months before and forgot about it until we starting seeing $ charges to the company.
The product is good on its own, and it pairs nicely with Salesforce. The vendor is reliable and provides great service.
This was disappointing and one of the reasons we bought it. No improvements have been made recently.

Roughly a year into our service, the experience began to decline, in several aspects. Several of Act-On's IP addresses became gray listed, due to abuse from a few users.

Vbout is not a software that you start using and after 20 minutes you know how everything works. No, with this platform the learning curve is a bit steeper.
The support team is available 24/7, the setup is super easy, the features are amazing and the design of the software is awesome, I am very pleased with the service & highly recommend it.
The customer journey was at first confusing, but once I learned how to use it, it helped show my other group members what we are doing and how we do it.
They quality of the application is very good, I am yet to find any bugs, and the video documentation on their YouTube channel is very helpful for learning the software.
The email designer is a little clunky, but a new version is coming in a few weeks - so that’s my only complaint resolved.

What I like most about Act-On is it's highly customizable and very easy to make small changes to existing campaigns and journeys over time. One of the things I like least about Act-On is because it has so many features and it's so powerful, the interface can sometimes feel a little bit complicated. So when new team members who haven't used it before have to get initiated and trained on it, sometimes it can take a little while for them to get fully up and running and be able to work independently.

Before VBOUT, we have been using a lot of tools for the different platforms and the different needs that we have it inside the company. For example, Unica platform, Karma, Webflow, et cetera. For launching... for landing page HubSpot, or [Kumba Mail 00:00:24] for email, or Hootsuite, for example, to manage all the social platforms. We have chosen VBOUT for two main reasons, there is a platform that is only one inside this tool. You can manage all the different needs about social media, landings, mail, et cetera in just only one place. For the people that usually work with customers all the day, they have to go just only one places to manage all the tools. So, the easy way of working and the easy way of the tools, the possibility to have all the tools inside just only one platform was one of the two main reasons, that we moved to VBOUT. At the beginning, the main difficulties that we found with it was a little bit... the curve of improvement or the curve of learning. The platform is not complicated, but the first stage, just only to identify where are all the main features and to doing the setup of the account, the domains, et cetera. One of the very key points, that you have to be a little bit focused on the first step. My recommendation about VBOUT is, the first thing is try to test it. It's a really powerful tool.
