Overall, my experience has been great with Act-On. The customer support is very special and helpful because they do their best to help with projects and tasks that I want to complete.
They should at least notify customers of upcoming renewals. We had stopped using the software as months before and forgot about it until we starting seeing $ charges to the company.
The product is good on its own, and it pairs nicely with Salesforce. The vendor is reliable and provides great service.
This was disappointing and one of the reasons we bought it. No improvements have been made recently.
Have used other platforms, and Act-On is fantastic. Recently switched my new company to Act-On from Pardot, and we've been very happy with the results.
Roughly a year into our service, the experience began to decline, in several aspects. Several of Act-On's IP addresses became gray listed, due to abuse from a few users.
You can really feel they care about their customers and I especially love the fact that I am not treated like just a client number.
Trying to get out of the contract since we could not make use of their useless system, got is into collection and we had to pay the entire contract.
Performance is really good and with the industry.
Sometimes it refreshes and all data disappears.

It's really hard to manage stuffs here. But the thing is if someone is working with two three different industries then i can not use this it really costly to use as per users and all.
Leading management is handy and tracking sales is easier.
Where we use all the third party integrations for contact leads like telephonic, whats app, sms, emails this will help us to nurture the leads.

We use Act-On to solve for marketing email journey automation, so having automated email campaigns and differentiated customized journeys for different segments of our users. What I like most about Act-On is it's highly customizable and very easy to make small changes to existing campaigns and journeys over time. One of the things I like least about Act-On is because it has so many features and it's so powerful, the interface can sometimes feel a little bit complicated. So when new team members who haven't used it before have to get initiated and trained on it, sometimes it can take a little while for them to get fully up and running and be able to work independently.
