Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.
Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.
Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.
The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.
I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.
Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.
Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.
The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards.
The flexibility of using the software is excellent. The ability to create different locations is excellent.
Things stall, or searches dont work, and it seems to be my desktop, and no one elses, that has these problems.
Hands down very good software, I believe it has all you need to succeed in your staffing endeavours.
A bit difficult calculating billing rates and pay rates.
Great Applicant Tracking/Client Management tool, Awesome Customer service.
Some information fields are difficult to manipulate when used in other countries. Confusion regarding some terms i.e. candidates vs associates, requisitions vs assignments.
I recommend that you fashion all company reps by David's excitement about the software.
Though it has proper features, It can sometimes get a little bit difficult in regards to manipulating certain features and calculating billing rates.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
