InTime vs CatapultEMS: Which is a better fit?

Our overall experience with InTime has been positive. Our Implementation Specialist was very knowledgeable and the help desk are always very responsive.

I wish we had more power to disregard an error.

I love the support that comes with the product. The inTime team is AMAZING and always answer my questions so quickly.

Compared to what other software companies offer I feel it is a real miss on InTime's part.

The ease of access and customization for orginization is the best that we have seen.

Also, our chief wants the daily roster to show many different things and I often have trouble getting the notes to show up on the roster.

The company is super responsive to the make sure Intime supports our departments needs.

We can keep track of sick time and identify sick time abuse or patterns more easily.

Other than that, everyone that I have come into contact with have been amazing and extremely helpful. We are still learning our way to become extremely proficient, but we will get there.

The struggles with the software are that it is still relatively new so there are a few bugs that they are working out.

I think overall we have had a positive experience. The Catapult staff were great to deal with and they tried to answer all of our questions.

I understand many factors were at play along with a strict time-line but I think it presented a bad taste at first for many of the newcomers.

The service received from CatapultEMS staff before the purchase and since the implementation has been an outstanding experience. Kodus to the entire Catapult team.

Very frustrating trying to get the apps to work to talk to other staff members without having to put in passwords every time - how does one remember those in a panicky situation.

For me, I use it the the "back of the house" and the simple fact that it can be at your finger tips when an emergency or drill happens on a school campus is the best win for us.

The cell phone apps did not work right. We couldn't communicate with eachother during drills or actual incidents because password were difficult.
