The system has lots of features available and the summary reports are great. Also, customer support is fantastic.

If you choose a VAN, at least the way we are setup it need to be done through folder process which are stop from time to time and need to be monitored.

Easy to navigate all features. The functions are easy to use and the customer service is wonderful.

We recently tried to split a shipment by items but there is no way to do that without a lot of manual work.

We do not have any major concerns with the software as our orders volume is moderate to low.
