Agreement Express vs Paperless: Which is a better fit?

Customer service is outstanding, with a dedicated account manager and monthly reviews. As a mid-sized business we value the attention and dedication the Agreements Express team puts into action.

It has been years and might have changed, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall it has been a great experience, exspecially as of lately. I came from the sales side over to Underwriting, so it is really interesting to see the end and beginning of using Agreement Express.

Once in awhile I discover I made a typing error.

Having used this in the past, it is refreshing to see where they have come. They are a wonderful solution for any institution in acquiring, especially with high volume submissions day in and day out.

For a comparison, Worldpay has the least user friendly application I experience. I avoid boarding merchants with Worldpay/Vantiv/FIS because I dislike their application process so much.

I love the new workspace. I think since that came about it has been much more user friendly.

Changes are hard to make on any technology platform and we have faced at times obstacles getting into place in a timely manner features that our business values.
