Apparently, the regular person in Accounting is out on vacation and there's no one else who can do her job and answer my questions. The online chat desk is even worse.
Plus, the support team was always responsive and the best help.
I waited 22 minutes before ClubReady picked up while our operations manager waited over an hour before customer service picked up. Also, the reporting is awful.

I hate having to redo everything several times.
Email system is good as is the ability to form groups. Dash board is useful as is the ability to create events and meetings.
It is frustrating having a monthly limit on emails when it considers each recipient of a group email to be in the counting of the monthly usage.
Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow. I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.
I found it terribly difficult to set up, and not at all attractive. TidyHQ is exactly that - tidy.
Ability to generate and share flexible agendas. Creating minutes during the meeting this is fabulous.
Some payments are hard to make as its overseas for my company.
