Cloudbeds vs Rezlynx: Which is a better fit?

Great software to support my website booking system. Excellent support, help & guidance from initial purchase through to live integration with my website developers.

It is frustrated to deal with problems when there is no timeline attached as to when the problem will be solved.

The original sales rep in 2020 [sensitive content hidden] was amazing. So supportive, happy to help and fix any problems.

Cloudbed boasts of having a plethora of people, despite that it is impossible to have a French-speaking interlocutor ... which is far from being a dead language.

It´s great that you can choose which add-ons you want and only pay for what you need. This is a great concept.

Reporting very poor, there are a total of 26 usable reports, of which only 6 pertain to revenue management and there's no pace report, which is a basic revenue report.

It's overall a really good software platform, and their amazing customer service and constant improvements makes it a really good value. I highly recommend them.

A few missing features in my opinion, such as a mobile app with cc processing for checking/out.

It is very easy to use and has great flexibility in it. The data capture of the PMS is also great and therefore the system is capable of collection vital bits of data.

Lack of training for new staff, pricing makes it difficult for smaller hotels to invest in this which is imperative particularly when staff leave and take all the knowledge with them.

I am satisfied by this program and I am confident that soon will be the strongest PMS on the market as it is always seeking to upgrade and implement new futures of the software which is amazing.

There is little to dislike but if there's to be one complaint it's that the system is quite complicated for new starters to learn.

Very easy to integrate, we used zonal as well so good till linking system and good layout for housekeeping, revenue, forecasting etc. Great support from help desk.

One of my struggles with the system is the simplicity of print jobs and charge codes. If only it could be simplified.

Help desk fantastic and when you have had no training on the system and are self taught they are a godsend. Overall navigation very simple and for managers you can do everything if you know how.

Report facility but only a minor problem. Would like more Financial reporting but can always find the information required but often seems to be long process.
