I am a satisfied customer, who recommends Clio Manage and Clio Grow. Both products have been instrumental to my firm.

Pros

The ease of use. Everything I need to manage my firm is in one place, billing, calendaring, document management, a secure client portal, workflows and templates. Most of all the 24hr customer support.

Cons

The inability to inform clients that the office is closed and to place limits on when clients can text you via Clio communication.

Overall, Clio is on the right path forward. The integration of Vincent, the library, and its workflow uses are great.

Pros

Clio Vincent is incredible. I strongly recommend every attorney to utilize this tool. It provides immediate value for research and drafting optimization.

Cons

I don't like that there a multiple Clio platforms (Grow, Manage, Work, ect.). It would be great if they were all on platform.

Our overall experience is very good, but what we like most of all is their AI, Vincent. It is a wonderful tool. We double check the results every time, and is always correct!

Pros

Clio has excellent Customer Care and they always provide a fast solution to our problems. The system is very easy to use, once you become accustomed.

Cons

The calendar administration can sometimes get too crowded and it makes it difficult to see what other areas are working on.

It has been great. I have been with Clio over 10 years. I have never regretted the decision. I like that Clio constantly improves and expands. I am looking into adding Clio Bookkeeping to my list but I would like to check writing to be more updated.

Pros

Clio is user-friendly and offers great customer support and articles for guidance. The invoicing is great for the creator and the client receiving it on the other end.

Cons

It is a little more expensive than other similar products. I would like to see the document management system run more like Dropbox so we can delete that product.

I was pleasantly surprised with Clio. I started with only Clio Grow and Clio Manage. I was not positive I would ever learn how to use them properly. However, once I did, I liked them so much that I tried Clio Draft and Clio Work. Now Clio is a necessary part of my practice.

Pros

I love that Clio has thought one step ahead. The products save a step for attorneys and paralegals on every platform. I am saving time and increasing my revenue by incorporating all Clio products into my firm.

Cons

Like any other software, it takes time to learn how to use Clio. While many functions are clear cut, some things are counterintuitive. Once you learn the software, you are cutting hours out of your day, but it does take some training hours to get there.

Our overall experience has been great. The customer support and ease of use make this product worthwhile. I feel like we made the right decision!

Pros

Overall, Clio is a great! The ease of use is the best part. Customer support is excellent too; and it seems to be evolving much faster than other products we have used in the past. I really like the docu-sign feature, client portal, and template creation.

Cons

The downside to any new product, including Clio, is the transition time between products often results in frustrations and loss of productivity.

Very good so far. I have components like Draft that I am not yet using, but the other parts of the program are already working well.

Pros

Lowest entry barriers for law practice management that I saw. I did not want extensive training, onboarding, or consultant requirements. It gave me the ability to send bills, and get them paid online - updating balances. It created a cnsult intake web site that takes payment and puts consults on my calendar. It has an overview flowchart that shows cases and their progress. It has individual case dashboards with notes, events, billing status, document folder, and e signing ability. It has fulfilled those and more. It is helping me serve California reentry clients better.

Cons

Could it be free for pro-bono/noprofit practitioners ? Say for pro bono practitioners who exceed 1,000 hours of pro bono per year...

There are many resources available online and when I find myself in a hole, I can easily search online and find what I need.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The custom fields allow me to easily add what is needed.

Cons

What I least like about Clio is the ability to not view custom live reports with visual graphs or charts.

i have been working with clio for 5 years now and i don't think any software out there currently would make me change it.

Pros

Ease of use, customer support and document management. I like how there's so many functions to it and the layout of it. Each section is easy to read and find.

Cons

nothing i don't like at the moment. if there was one thing i would say is to have clio grow and clio manage fully sync and integrate together.
