I love how EASY the dashboard is to use. Also, the customer support is top notch -- quick responses, tons of training, great written resources too.
This is a problem because they don't tell you about the problems and you have to find them yourself.
It integrates client / matter information and billing in a pretty seamless manner. It's a great repository for all kinds of information and internal communication.
Seems that they are unable to actually solve this problem. Do NOT select their online payment option, if you have any institutional clients or any clients that prefer to pay by check, eCheck, or ACH.
Easy to use, customer support is awesome, helpful tutorial videos and great client experience. I have received multiple compliments on the style and ease of paying on-line.
One time i really need to client support service emergency bit i was a bad experience to reach and resolve the problem.
I am very pleased with Clio and what it has done for our office. Like I mentioned above, Clio has stream lined our workflow in our office to ensure better use of time and retention of documentation.
There is no restore your organizations work if a rogue employee deletes it or an accidental deletion without nefarious intentions.
The newer Services Framework apps are now maturing to be good. The overall direction of travel with the product is encouraging.
You cannot provide a software for someone to use and just turn them loose with no training on it at all. They are currently revamping the software to a web-based version with many more customizations.
It covers all aspects of legal practice for firms of a certain size. It is solid as a core for building a legal practice And easily customisable to handle localisation.
I've had many errors with this software. It crashes on me often and can cause problems at times with tracking time.
You did not have to worry about the system being boggled down or overwhelmed by unnecessary data or shortcuts because it was very simply laid out.
Lack of support in the above mentioned workflow technology. Seems that they want to market and sell it but don't completely understand it and have problems troubleshooting it.
User friendly and the migration to Microsoft based workflow technology is a step in the right direction. Very cutting edge and progressive, because they LISTEN to their customers.
I am completely disappointed with the customer service I received. Waited almost a year for a phone call after several emails and messages in need of support and got no one.
Jodi A.: Hi, I'm Jodi. I am the attorney owner of my firm, and I give Clio five star rating. For more reviews like this, click below. So I tried out a number of software products before deciding on Clio. I tried out Rocket Matter, MyCase, Houdini, and another one that the name escapes me. I found that Clio had an interface that I liked and it had all the features I liked, and it worked with my current software that I was using. I chose Clio because it enabled me to keep all my client information in one location. While setting appointments, it integrates with a number of apps. I use Gmail and Google Calendar, Clio interfaced with that when I signed up. Since I originally signed up about 10 years ago, it integrates with a ton more of options now. Onboarding with Clio is very simple. You don't need a ton of computer knowledge in order to do it. The Clio staff is so extremely helpful. Anytime I need something, I reach out and they are great to work with. Well, if you're going to use Clio and you want a complete app, I would definitely strongly suggest Clio. Right now there's Clio. Clio has a CRM called Clio Grow. They have a payment integration called Clio Payments. They integrate with so many different softwares. I use LEX Reception. It integrates with that, but it integrates with other reception services. I've recently signed for Lawyer, which is a document prep service. If you are looking for a complete package, I would definitely suggest Clio. The other thing about Clio is that it's really not just a software company. They provide numerous free webinars on various topics, and there's also the annual ClioCon every year.
