I like the ability to email customers from the program, the ease of invoicing, and the ease of inputting and updating client information.

With our previous software, it just did not do everything that we wanted. We really need more functionality with it. We need a more inside look into what's going on, on our day-to-day. With Vonage, it did not do that for us. We really needed all those cool capabilities that Workiz does have. With Workiz, it allows you to do a lot. It allows us to attach pictures to the job. It's simple to input payments. It allows the dispatching mart to be ran smoothly. I'm able to simply assign the jobs to the guys, and they pops up on their tablet and they're good to go. The functionality for them is very simple. It's easy for them to put the stuff in and have them go about their day without any troubles. Overall, Workiz has been a great tool for us. We got up and running with it pretty smooth. It was pretty quick. Most of our team had no issues at all. Most of the guys like it better out in the field. Myself, I definitely like it better as a dispatch. I know the owners of our company have been very satisfied and very happy with the change that we made. When we started trying Workiz, definitely, we started with the free trial. It's a great feeling to know that you have a free trial and can try out the product and see if you like it. The onboarding team was great and made it run smooth and efficiently, and they always are there for any questions that we may have during the process. They are making sure that anything that we want improved gets improved, and they're always working on something they new. It's definitely a cool product. There's a lot of features. They definitely are striving to be the best scheduling software out there.
