LawnPro vs Spraye: Which is a better fit?

I like the ability to email customers from the program, the ease of invoicing, and the ease of inputting and updating client information.

Difficult to use automations - had multiple glitches either user error or glitches in system. Unsure but havent mastered this yet.

I know it can only get better from here. It was very helpful in helping me keep up with the numerous jobs I had to do.

I have trouble getting the routing feature to work properly.

The scheduling features are nice. I like how they constantly try to improve the product.

But I literally had to pay for the program 2 times.

The free option is fantastic for our small company, absolutely a game changer that we appreciate immensely.

Certain features and restricted unless paid for as add-on.

Having the great help people that Spraye has also is a big help. After we worked through the first application with scheduling and billing it has been a total gamechanger for us.

Also the customer portal and customer pre notifications. These are things we had to pay extra for with our old software.

My overall experience has been amazing with them. They are a first class business and always looking to make their company and software better for us as users.

This is strictly a spraying service based software and as a result, secondary services may not be handled ideally.
