Rx30 vs Plumb’s: Which is a better fit?

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It used to be incredible the past year has been TERRIBLE.

The support on the POS side as been outstanding. Support for the pharmacy management system has been good also, I would qualify it as 8 out 10.

Initially, just trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible. The fees are outrageous for support and transmission.

Maybe someone calls back a few weeks later. They have the absolute worst customer service ever.

With this software, you have absolute control operation with all the interfaces, which allows you to not have to make other investments, easy handling THE BEST.

Lots of confusion occurs at the register because it is slow and tedious to use. My experience over has been costly.

Very thorough reference, with tons of good information. Also love the PDF pamphlets that can be shared with clients to keep me compliant with pharmacy rules.

I'm having to rely more on paper copies when I'm working remotely. Losing value in the app.

Great database of the medications, easy to use. Love both the mobile and website verison.

The only thing that I dislike is the increasing cost.

I especially love the interaction checker to make sure if that certain medications do not interact with each other and are safe to give at the same time.

Nothing - I can of think of anything that is missing.

I like the ease of use and the wealth of information at my fingertips.

I don't like the calculator, too difficult to use.
