Some features, for example on inventory, when generating order if you get out you loose any changes you did to order, have to start over.

Care Goals, point of sale, and Fedex integration are fantastic. We also love the integration with our IVR telephone system and overall professional design of the software.
They can remote in if any problems you cannot understand or get resolved and have many times done 3 way calls with you and insurance to fix these problem claims problem claims.
Everything makes sense to me. It does synchronization wonderfully and the interface with my compliance packaging (Medicine-On-Time) is seamless.
It's hard to find something that I don't like about the system. The only thing I can think of is sometimes I feel I have to make too many key strokes to get a few things done.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It used to be incredible the past year has been TERRIBLE.
The support on the POS side as been outstanding. Support for the pharmacy management system has been good also, I would qualify it as 8 out 10.
Initially, just trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible. The fees are outrageous for support and transmission.
