Great product, great service, super ideas, good product for pharmacy use. Everyone at Pioneer has bent over backward to assist my store in the transition from another pharmacy system to theirs.
Some features, for example on inventory, when generating order if you get out you loose any changes you did to order, have to start over.
I feel that I have the best software available at an affordable price to put my pharmacy in a position to succeed. Also the commitment to keep up with the ever-changing field of pharmacy.

Care Goals, point of sale, and Fedex integration are fantastic. We also love the integration with our IVR telephone system and overall professional design of the software.
They can remote in if any problems you cannot understand or get resolved and have many times done 3 way calls with you and insurance to fix these problem claims problem claims.
Everything makes sense to me. It does synchronization wonderfully and the interface with my compliance packaging (Medicine-On-Time) is seamless.
It's hard to find something that I don't like about the system. The only thing I can think of is sometimes I feel I have to make too many key strokes to get a few things done.
It is relatively easy to run the report that I used. It has supported the growth of a very successful business.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It used to be incredible the past year has been TERRIBLE.
The support on the POS side as been outstanding. Support for the pharmacy management system has been good also, I would qualify it as 8 out 10.
Initially, just trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible. The fees are outrageous for support and transmission.

Maybe someone calls back a few weeks later. They have the absolute worst customer service ever.
With this software, you have absolute control operation with all the interfaces, which allows you to not have to make other investments, easy handling THE BEST.
Lots of confusion occurs at the register because it is slow and tedious to use. My experience over has been costly.

There was even somebody who flew in to help us set up everything and then they helped us out with our inspections. It was really a great experience. If you are an independent pharmacy, I would highly recommend PioneerRX. It's very robust, their reports, their system, their workflow. Yeah, it's very robust. It will really suit your needs. And also in terms of their customer service support, they're really, really [inaudible 00:01:17].
