BestRx vs Cashier Live: Which is a better fit?

Customer support is wonderful and always able to answer my questions and help me with any issues that arise. I like the integration features with other services that are utilized (i.e. PMP).

Sometimes bill is confusing but nothing that customer service isnt able to explain.

If we ever have difficulties or questions, BestRx is easy to contact and they are helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, especially during the pandemic.

Dual billing and medication database. Prescription billing information of past is very hard to read.

Absolutely very happy and will recommend highly and will continue as long as I am in business.

The monthly amount charged to small independent pharmacies is high.

Best Rx software is very easy to operate and has a great tech team for any assistance needed.

No fax log cleanup itself. Erx image should have bigger font.

I also like that I can have multiple employees set up to process their own payments under their own register which makes it very easy to manage and great for reports.

I had high hopes for this POS system, but I have been plagued with trouble from the beginning.

Client/customer support was great every time I needed to reach out to them and they seemed to have a quick response and resolution for my issue.

Customer service is terrible. Hardware is over priced and not supported by their customer service.

I truly like the ease of use of this software. Great for reports and keeping track of sales and inventory.

Features and integration is very limited. You need to use their payment gateway.

Cashier Live has been a total asset to my company. It's not only easy to use but also great for tracking and reporting.

There were no discounts offered to us for being long term customers. For our small coffee business this product became unaffordable so we ended up looking into less expensive options.
