PrimeRx vs Loyverse POS: Which is a better fit?

I loved all their detailed functions and all the nice updates. Best system that I can pass it to my friends.

Approximately one hour spent correcting each error. Inability to calculate for Vet's and specific state requirements.

The software is great with respect to reconciliation of claims and getting real-time profitability & performance. Integration with our app is flawless for refills.

Boxed error messages that come up sometimes which show flaws in programming. Dual billing insurances are a two step process.

This last update has improved many things that were safety and quality concerns. Software is improving with time.

Their delivery module can and will charge the patients twice for same Rx when it is on charge account. I almost lost facility contract due to this inaccurate billing.

Prime Rx is easy to transit to, it is like windows with prompts that help you navigate seamlessly.

It has been a little better since last update. It is very difficult to understand(language barrier) any staff we talk to when there are concerns.

Their program is 100% free, easy to use, and has awesome support. They also have created integration with their loyalty program (LoyaltyOcean).

When items are out of stock, system should give the owner the option to hid the item until it is restocked. There is no warning given and shown when stock is low or completely out to the cashier.

I start to use this app and i love it very easy and good customers service i hope they continue giving us good update in the future.

I often found myself with duplicates in my stock list which was throwing me off at the end of the month counting sales. However, this might just be a user error I have yet to sort out.

We love the simplicity & that it allows all owners to view from their devices at any one time. We love that we can access it using any of our Handphone/ tabs.

There are a few "missing features" if you're comparing to other POS systems, namely staff management, online ordering, delivery management but these aren't concerns for a lot of businesses.

Very easy to setup and the interface is so clean and easy to understand and best of all no ads. I'm a small business owner and I like that loyverse has allowed a free version for us to use.

I am completely confused on the sales history in the back office. Sales by payment and sales summery don't match.
