I like the ease of the platform our managers all gave positive feedback for our merit cycle. Our implementation team was great and was always so helpful.
The error handling is one of the items that we sometimes struggle with when encountering an error within the application.
Each year we do maintenance and updates in the system and the customer service is great. I enjoy working with the employees at HRSoft and highly recommend this company to other organizations.
Sometimes that error message is not very meaningful and it makes it difficult to determine the cause of the error.
Ease of customization, customer service, amazing implementation team and overall a tool that has great user interface with flexibility.
I am unaware of a way to automate exports data out of the tool, so all exports have to be kicked off by humans.
We are very happy with HRSoft. Their implementation and support staff are great to work with and they've been awesome partners with our highly customized configuration.
The system also produces required reports for approvals, Insider filings, and audit purposes. Workload and error rate has been significantly reduced as a result of implementing this system.
The software's reporting capabilities was not complex and they were able to provide a template report to look exactly like our Excel version of the process. Integration was great and very easy.
Need to click out of a field before a calculation/update happens to the data is sometimes confusing for users.
From start to finish, it was a great process. We are very happy with the final product.
More difficult to incorporate complex equations or operators (i.e. if, and, or, etc.).
Additionally, the customer service is fantastic. Our dedicated support is always so quick to respond and implement, and is always asking the right questions.
Executives don't like it for roll up purposes so we as an HR team have had to export to spreadsheets and track the changes made by executives and update the system.
Starting with our implementation team (Erin & Kate) were super patient, knowledgeable and responsive during the implementation then it continued thru all of the launches since.
As a technology and design driven company, the tool isn't the "prettiest" and we sometimes receive feedback from our employees.
