Cigo vs Broker PRO: Which is a better fit?

Great system to use if you want to route vehicles for the most effective time travel and great to track each delivery as well.

No reporting at all, we really need reports about zip codes, cities, vehicles, drivers, etc.

If you are looking for route management look no further. The team is fantastic to deal with and their product is outstanding.

I don't have any thing that I don't like about Cigo.

Overall fantastic experience as a client, with an awesome intuitive UX/UI that left me with very few question, which when I did open tickets, got prompt responses from their staff.

I love how you can schedule and pre-schedule deliveries with peace of mind. The text notifications to clients to track the orders is a great feature.

ALSO -- they are integrated with SaferWatch and MCP so it's super great about making sure you are on top of your carrier's status and insurance.

Unfortunately every complaint I had ever received turned out to be true. Even when the issue is BrokerPro's servers not working.

Broker PRO has played a great role in every aspect of Reliable Logistics Inc and how we now do business. Broker PRO has brought about great changes in how we run our daily operations.

The only thing I dislike is that when your looking for a load and you pause on the search it just searches itself without me finishing typing.
