The software is relatively easy to learn and the customer support is fantastic.
Too much costly forms need to be purchased every 3 months (based on our patient volume, and we're not even a high volume office! ) -- these forms are required to be used with the software.
We also like how DocPlus generates different kind of reports. Forms are very detailed and give us a peace of mind for HIPAA and Meedicare note taking.
