Navigating reports proves to be difficult. Trying to gather forecasting information on schedules/billing/payroll has been confusing.
I have been using AxisCare for my homecare scheduling and am very satisfied with the product. They are constantly adding to and improving the site, and the customer service is fantastic.
I do wish there was a way for caregivers to confirm the shifts on their schedule so you know they are checking their schedules and there are no conflicts.
