Small to mid-sized manufacturing companies needing to more effectively manage their ISO-based quality system.
Quality-centric life science companies with 11-500 employees, focused on growth, unlocking new markets, and gaining a competitive edge through a culture of quality
It is very easy to grasp and is an excellent system for tracking quality. The system is also very good to manage as an IT manager the build is really good and the data is very robust.
A few things i noticed while completing the validation of QCDB for InControl Medical were, some of the wording in the validation instructions was unclear or miss guiding.
QCBD's ease of use, customization to user's needs, & awesome modular design, has always impressed auditors & inspectors, as well as the manufacturer's own customers.
The trouble is that when we haven't done it in a long time, we have to figure it out again from scratch.
The responsiveness of their Customer Service team is awesome. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking to find an easier all in one solution for managing a Quality System.
Some of the updates really cause problems. A recent one for example.
This is the best software that I have used for management of a Quality System. Easy to use, good documentation and online training.
We are using it for process deviations, nonconforming material reports, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, and supplier qualification.
Yeah, it is good to use, good to show someone your documentation and completes the process flow with respect to the features and configurations.
One feature that is missing is automatic reminders of incomplete assigned training (supposed to be on the roadmap, though!).
The customer service is excellent and it appears that they are trying to improve both the quality of the product and the features.
Minor hitches with implementation. But no feedback on this yet.
I also appreciate that they are regularly improving the system and that there is good attention on providing supporting validation documentation.
The interface is not intuitive and document size is limited to only 100mbs.
But once I learned to navigate it became quite easy. I love that this program works as Quality should and is always improving.
It is a bit tricky to understand the management of NCRs.
