It is very easy to grasp and is an excellent system for tracking quality. The system is also very good to manage as an IT manager the build is really good and the data is very robust.
A few things i noticed while completing the validation of QCDB for InControl Medical were, some of the wording in the validation instructions was unclear or miss guiding.
QCBD's ease of use, customization to user's needs, & awesome modular design, has always impressed auditors & inspectors, as well as the manufacturer's own customers.
The trouble is that when we haven't done it in a long time, we have to figure it out again from scratch.
The responsiveness of their Customer Service team is awesome. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking to find an easier all in one solution for managing a Quality System.

This is the best software that I have used for management of a Quality System. Easy to use, good documentation and online training.
We are using it for process deviations, nonconforming material reports, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaints, and supplier qualification.
My overall experience with Safety Chain has been awesome. I love it and hope to see more improvement and capabilities with safety chain at the plant level.
The instances when the system has errors, no description of error until seeking assistance from customer service.

Performance is sometimes slow or throws an error.
We have identified multiple cost savings opportunities and were able to resolve the issues and save a lot of money. We are also able to monitor dashboards to ensure the process stays in control.
Add/removing fields is very difficult without background configuration.
My experience is being pleasant, and I enjoyed the full implementation of Safety Chain across all the departments, seeing how everyone discovered its potential.
I still haven’t received a formal introduction to cases. Also, sing-offs versus verifications is hard to explain the differences to upper management.
