Students and Professionals
Their service is the key to this product. They have a great base, a great team, and are very good at opening up their scope to their customers.
Also no marketplace, so there's no way users can self-register. They had this, then took it away after we'd chosen to go with them - very unimpressed.).
It is easy to invite and remind them when the training is not complete. It is also easy to see who has completed what(although dates of completion would be nice) and makes keeping tabs on them great.
I have not called customer service on this so maybe I am just doing something wrong.
With the ability to assign training to individuals, or entire regions with a few clicks of a mouse is great. The Mindflash reporting capabilities are very good and easy to use.
Sometimes the searching for a video or module can be frustrating if you dont type in correctly.
I like Mindflash's tools that help enhance my existing training content making it more attractive and vibrant. Navigation makes managing my content easy.
Impossible to administrate users without spending so long on it you can't justify the effort. We're a Mac office, so not having support for Keynote or Mov files is a pain.
I love KodeKloud for simplifying complex concepts such as Kubernetes by in-depth lessons and hands-on labs. KodeKloud Engineer platform is also very interesting to gain more experience and confidence.
Sometimes the lab environment get disconnected and you loose your previous commands.
The hands-on playgrounds are just fantastic. The solution videos after every test is very helpful.
Website navigation is a bit confusing sometimes.
My overall experience with KodeKloud has been amazing. It has helped me clear my CKAD exam and I am depending on this platform to help me achieve many more certifications in the future.
From time to time I stuck in labs and need to restart.
I like the simplicity with which each topic is presented and best of all, the applications. For certifications I love the option of simulators and exams.
Nothing really missing except the bad "transport" to the new page. Missed my progress deeply.
