I am unaware of a way to automate exports data out of the tool, so all exports have to be kicked off by humans.
We are very happy with HRSoft. Their implementation and support staff are great to work with and they've been awesome partners with our highly customized configuration.
The system also produces required reports for approvals, Insider filings, and audit purposes. Workload and error rate has been significantly reduced as a result of implementing this system.
