I have been in the IT industry for over 30 years and there are very few platforms that I do not have at least a small annoyance to complain about other than OnQ.
The techs help to setup the software so it was easy to implement on our servers, once a year do a review and help to update software and I get daily reports of the backup completion.
Some self test fails, limited restore options, complicated performing bare metal restores, and clunky UI.

Reporting on my version (3.9) is somewhat weak. Not geared for larger environments (in my version, I believe 4.0 has rectified this).

If i can open a case then why i will go for forum. They should end their this limitation.
It is one of the best software among the backup software and this also available at free version so people use it as a trust worthy. As it is difficult to trust on free software.
This software is not available in french. This is not a big problem but my users sometime complaint about it.
Now, they recently launched that "Comunity Edition" that has all features like the Standard version. I've tested again and i became very impressed with it.
When the backup freezes, it slows down your computer and never seems to just cancel the backup.
Automatic backup is amazing, It saves the data on cloud and easy to restore back. Its easy to configure and use backup management tool.
At the moment i find no flaws with this software but if i do find some in the near future, I will come back and update this software.
