I have had compliments from customers in the last couple of days saying how much they like the ease of use and simplicity.
Lack of Unsecured email passwords and email addresses , limited of customization of customers and workers.
I really like the ease of use and the implementation of the system was virtually seamless with the tech team from BlueFolder. The reports are very good for our needs.
But this is common in most calendar systems. I live in Arizona and during half the year my appointments are set to the wrong time, even though my sales team puts them in correctly for the class.
Their customer support is extremely helpful and always accessible when needed. This was the single most effective decision we have every made and I highly recommend this system.
However using that later is a royal pain when going to print something off. We currently have to use another app to make the attachments such as receipts a pdf then upload to Bluefolder.
I love how this product is simple and easy to navigate and use. The amount of customization is really great.
I would like to drag and drop tickets to move the tech/dat its assigned to.
Do your due dilligence, as many of these software companies will charge extra for customization and support. FMX has a great price point and great serivce to back it up.
We haven't had any issues with this product or vendor. The training for this was a bit ridiculous.
Tech Support and the system team I worked with were very good. I have been happy with the system over the last year that we have had it.
The reports section is missing some different logs and lists that could be generated for a user. With requests to FMX the wanted reports probably could be generated.
Our experience with the FMX system has been outstanding. The customer support has been tremendous (Thank You), and the system has exceeded our expectations.
Have not figured out a way to add folders to the equipment, so the equipment manuals are more difficult to navigate in the software since there are so many individual PDF's.
Visually appealing, molds to your needs and easy for customer/staff to use too. This product has been so easy to switch too from SchoolDude, We love it our staff loves it, invaluable.
As we began our maintenance team for the franchise our maintenance tasks were verbal with no records of work completed or cost or man-hours. Now we are able to track all of the above and more.
Aleksandr Y.: My name's Aleksandr. I'm the Chief Operations Officer for Made By WiFi, and I would rate BlueFolder a five out five. Before BlueFolder, we were using ConnectWise. The problems we were having with ConnectWise, was it was a bit too expensive for our needs and very cumbersome. It's a very complicated program that wasn't a right fit for a company of our size and of our needs. We chose BlueFolder because of the sales process. We found them to be very flexible with our needs. They gave us a demo, a free demo that they allowed us to hold onto for about two months. The setup process was incredibly easy and it fit our needs perfectly. There was no added fluff and there weren't any features that we didn't need to use, so we're fully utilizing the program. BlueFolder offered us a few instructional videos and sessions in order to get ourselves turned up, but the process was so easy. I got it done in one evening, importing a few spreadsheets, getting all my information up and running. I never even had to take the onboarding courses because it was pretty straightforward. We were up and running within a day. With BlueFolder, I would recommend really looking internally and considering your needs, in terms of how you want to use the program and how you want to integrate it too. It's limited, in terms of the integrations it offers, at least compared to what we were doing with ConnectWise before. And also, the program, like I said, it's limited in its functionality, so it may not be a perfect fit for everyone. Definitely go through the sales process, take the onboarding courses, and try to make sure that it fits your needs exactly. It's not going to offer you any fluff, but at the same time, there aren't a lot of extra features that some other programs offer that may be useful for certain companies.
Ben: Hi, my name is Ben. I work at Pacific Galvanizing in Oakland, California. We have anywhere between 35 and 45 employees. And I would give FMX a five out of five rating. So when I started here, we didn't have any sort of management software at all. We were literally on pen and paper, and that's what they had been doing here since the '80s. Everything was hand drawn. I had a lot of Post-it notes stuck to a whiteboard. We were very disorganized, and it was very hard to find information quickly. When FMX was first introduced to us, I was very impressed with the way that the software was built. It was very streamlined, it was very user-friendly, and more importantly, it was a good forum for organizing information and tracking equipment in an efficient and quick manner. So when we first started with FMX, I found that the software interface was really easy to use and we did get a lot of support from their team and some resources in learning how to use it. The difficult part was taking our roughly 600 pieces of equipment and digitizing that and bringing it into the electronic environment. But what we found with the software was that the work that we put in on the front side of it has paid us dividends in return on the backside of it. Anybody who's considering a facilities management software, I would highly recommend FMX. In talking with their software engineers, they work with a lot of different companies and they get a lot of feedback from users like myself, and they've made a lot of improvements through the four years that we've been with them. They've taken a lot of our suggestions and made the software even better. It's a very comprehensive suite, and they even offer custom tools that they can build for your company if you have something specific that they need. We're currently running two custom modules that they handbuilt just for us. It's a great overall package and it really helps keep us organized.
