Awesome experience! I absolutely love this tool and will continue to use it! It has been very beneficial in the growth of my business!

Pros

The value for money is really good and pretty cost effective compared to some other platforms. The user interface is very easy to use and I appreciate that I can send emails from my phone. Marketing and sales has been made a lot easier with this tool. Customer support and contact management is good!

Cons

Spam filtering could be better I am unsure if it is fully effective sometimes but I guess this can be difficult to track.

Overall, Mailchimp is crucial to my business and I believe the pricing for my needs is fair. Id like to see more changes made to simplify some of the tools they offer. Would recommend to a friend!

Pros

What I like most about about Mailchimp is the convenience of being able to send a mass text or email to all my customers, notifying them about my new batch of products and reminding them to place a bid.

Cons

They can definitely improve their app, as well as the user interface on their website when using a phone. App is very basic and does not have all the tools like the website does, defeating the purpose of the app. Setting up a campaign on a mobile device is impossible on their website, as it is not sized correctly, making last minute campaigns difficult to create. The customer support chat was also kind of hard to use. I had a couple errors with my text message campaigns, and after contacting support, they told me they couldn’t reimburse my credits. This was frustrating because most of my customers didn’t receive the text that time.

I have been using Mailchimp for over 10 years. It's help me grow my business, and maintain contact with my leads and clients.

Pros

Mailchimp is extremly easy to use for non tech individuls. Workflows and Automations help with keeping touch points on your leads/clients. Value for your money compared to other platforms, mailchimp is a no brainer.

Cons

I think the thing I dislike about Mailchimp, is the connection to more software. Using a third party like Zapier makes for one more point of failure.

The onboarding guidance and built‑in tips also make it easier to get started and stay organized. That said, as needs grow, pricing and feature limitations become more noticeable. I miss the old Mailchimp, it’s fine but nowhere near great anymore, free features have been eroded to near zero (the practice is often different than the advertising) and it’s too expensive for start ups. Loyalty isn’t rewarded. Looking for somewhere else.

Pros

I like the classic/legacy email builder because it has so many options to make your newsletter look pretty without resorting to heavy graphics.

Cons

The size of their free account is shrinking (again), their automations are basic and the price is going up,

Pros

What I like the most about Mailchimp is how intuitive and user friendly it is. It makes it very easy to create professional looking email campaigns. It’s a great tool for organizing contacts, segmenting audiences, and launching campaigns quickly without any complications.

Cons

For a small business, the free plan is ok but has some limitations, and even paid plans have caps that can feel limiting if you have a larger contact list. It would be great if the price of the paid plans would be a bit less to make it more affordable to SMBs.

I love its interface; it's intuitive and very modern. Using Mailchimp isn't complicated; it didn't take me long to master it completely. Its basic features are also very appealing.

I am happy that the free version is good enough for me now. I love the ease of being able to create emails and newsletters without being very creative and it doesn't take hours. So I am happy with it.

Pros

The free version has a lot of features. I can create a newsletter in minutes. It connects easily with Canva and Wordpress.

Cons

There's limited customer support. If you want to move to a new plan the price increases dramatically. The advance features are complicated.

Cons

It seemed like some messages didn't reach our customers. I had to try a couple times to get a couple customers set up.
