Before, it was more of a disjointed way of communicating what was happening on the marketing side, but now I'm able to see it much better when it comes to leads, campaigns and follow-ups. I save quite a bit of repetitive work each week by utilizing the CRM tasks and automated email campaigns, particularly for follow-ups with leads and recurring campaigns. I've also noticed the support and training material have been helpful when I get stuck, and when you use more of the features on this platform and not just one, it's a value for money.

Pros

The most thing that I like about it is having the CRM right there with the email campaigns and the social scheduling, you really don't have to move back and forth with the leads and the activity that they did on their campaigns. I also like the mobile access when I am not at my desk, and the contact permissions and customizable CRM set up help to keep the right people on the right information. The value for money a small marketing team can get from one platform is not bad if you take into account the amount of CRM, automation, reporting and campaign functionality that they can use.

Cons

Some of the deeper settings take a little time to figure out, but the learning curve is not too bad.

Marketing 360® is an interesting solution for small and medium-sized businesses looking to simplify their digital marketing and don’t have an in-house team. Its main strength is the integration of tools combined with human support. Its main weakness is the price (which can sometimes be unclear) and the inconsistency of the results.

Pros

It integrates CRM, website building (Websites 360), ad management (Google, Meta, etc.), email marketing, local listings, review management, and payments. For a small or medium-sized business that doesn’t want to subscribe to half a dozen different tools, it is one of the most comprehensive offerings on the market. The initial onboarding support and the option to have a team that “does the marketing for you” are particularly worth highlighting. This is especially useful for business owners who aren’t digital marketing experts.

Cons

Pricing is not clearly disclosed publicly, and many users complain that the final cost ends up being higher than expected (especially when managed services or advertising are included). You need to read the contract very carefully. Reviews are highly polarized. Some businesses report good growth and leads, while others feel they paid a lot without seeing a clear return. Success depends heavily on the quality of the assigned team and the level of collaboration from the client.

My overall experience with this software was good enough. It helped in social media marketing management and its analytics.

Pros

Marketing 360 is a secure and affordable software that offers good value for money. The customer support team is helpful and quick to respond when needed. I also like the social media management, analytics, and reporting features, which make it easy to manage and track marketing activities. The data is well organized, and the software is easy to navigate and use.

Cons

The platform offers many features, which make it slightly overwhelming for new users. Some tools could benefit from greater customization and flexibility. Performance can occasionally feel slower when managing larger amounts of data.

although expensive overall my experience is very positive, having access to marketing professionals and support services is also a big plus for me.

Pros

Simplifies daily operations by having social media tools, payments and automations in a single platform.

Cons

although having all the features in one platform can make it overwhelming for new users, could be a bit smoother experience.

The software has provided a solid foundation for managing multi-channel digital marketing tasks from one place. The platform design is clean and navigation is intuitive once the initial setup is complete. While the upfront costs and feature complexity require a realistic adjustment period, it serves as a valuable resource for driving business growth and maintaining consistent brand management.

Pros

I love that it is a truly comprehensive, all-in-one marketing platform. It seamlessly combines essential tools like CRM, email marketing, and social media management into a single, cohesive dashboard. Having a centralized overview of all active campaigns drastically simplifies day-to-day operations and improves overall team efficiency.

Cons

The overall pricing structure feels quite high and confusing, especially for smaller businesses or solo operators. There is also a noticeable learning curve when first getting the advanced features and automated workflows properly configured. Additionally, some of the built-in modules lack the deeper, advanced capabilities found in dedicated, standalone tools.

Pros

I like that Marketing 360 has a lot of things in one place. You can manage your website, ads, social media, emails, and customers without having to use a bunch of different tools. It’s pretty convenient, especially for a small business.

Cons

The biggest downside for me is the price. It can get pretty expensive, especially if you’re a small business. There are also a lot of features, so it takes some time to figure everything out. Some of the extra features can add to the cost too.

After four years of working with Marketing 360, I can honestly say I wish I had chosen a local marketing company instead. One of the biggest issues was that as part of onboarding, I had to give them ownership of my Google Ads account. They linked their corporate account to mine and ran everything through that. Now, after leaving, my Google Ads account is a complete disaster. I've had to restart the advanced verification process from scratch, and it's taken more than a month, which has put my business in a tough spot. On top of that, the lack of transparency was frustrating. You pay one big monthly fee, but it's almost impossible to get a straightforward breakdown of where that money's going. The monthly meetings look polished, but when you ask direct questions, the answers never feel quite clear. They also built my website and tied it to my GoDaddy account. I was told I owned the site, but I still had to pay Marketing 360 for hosting. Meanwhile, I was also paying GoDaddy for hosting during that same period. That just didn't add up. It's disappointing because you put your trust in people to help grow your business. Looking back, I feel like I never had the full picture. If this review spares even one business owner from the headaches and delays I've experienced, then sharing it will be worth it.

Pros

After the fact of spending 4 years with them nothing. The truth that has come out after I have left them is beyond disturbing.

Cons

no clarity. Even with monthly zoom meeting they know how to make everything look amazing but in all honesty it is not.

An absolute powerhouse for managing campaigns and driving real growth. It cuts the fluff and gives you the exact actionable data you need to scale.

Pros

Marketing 360 delivers an absolute masterclass in tracking and analytics. Instead of making you dig through a bloated interface, it puts the most critical data front and center. Being able to track every single conversion, form fill, and call gives me a direct line of sight into what's actually driving revenue for my business. It is a highly structured, no-nonsense platform.

Cons

The platform is incredibly robust, which means there is a slight learning curve right out of the gate. If you want to leverage the advanced tracking scripts and integrations, expect to spend a little time getting the initial setup dialed in.
