HighLevel's all-in-one Sales & Marketing CRM is perfect for businesses looking to scale a flat/monthly price with unlimited Contacts & Users. Additionally, the white-label plans enable agencies & cons
It has a pretty straightforward pricing plan with an awesome customer service solution. I can find this tool super helpful.
You are restricted to specific designs and formats only, which can be a little frustrating when your business doesn't match those categories.
I love the visual elements of mailchimp. It’s easy to navigate and simple and the training and help facilities are excellent if you’re not sure.
I don't like the merge tags functionality. Almost always it ends up not working and it looks awkward and embarrasses in front of your customers.
I love this platform for most cases and businesses. Easy to use and great features to improve results.
They have a really strange billing system that is designed in such a way that it sucks money out of you.
We are having an amazing experience with it and will suggest you as well, because they offer excellent paid plans with depend on your subscribers.
But there is a problem, when I wanted to link any picture or a sentence with a new window that is available online, I couldn't get where to I do.
I love how they've focused on the needs of marketing agencies and are building a platform specifically for my needs. And they have the best customer support I've ever experienced.
They said they were going to refund charges and then didn't and I had to follow up multiple times and then was left disappointed in the end.
So simple to use, amazing functionality, puts following up with lead on autopilot, helps track conversions, helps get online reviews, great survey and opt in form builders.
The support staff is untrained and borderline useless. Their staff will even admit they don't know how the system works, and from their words "no one really does.
This software overall is amazing and I highly recommend it to any agency owner who is looking for a solid, one-stop shop to organize, analyze, and transact in their business.
Chat takes your problem and forwards to billing. NO ONE will email/call/text/follow up.
The customer services is amazing and the onboarding process and customer success team is great.
Everything - clunky, poor UX, not simply to use, basic things such as 'education' is missing as a tab.
Duncan: My name's Duncan. I'm the community editor with Pullman's Weekly News and Advertiser series. Our company's a news company with an employment size of 14, and I would give MailChimp a user rating of five out of five. Our company uses MailChimp on a day-to-day basis to reach more readers and an audience digitally. Obviously, the newspaper business as a print business has declined significantly in the past years. It's essential for us to communicate to our readers through digital means, and as such, MailChimp proves an excellent provider. The reasons I personally like MailChimp is it's very easy to use. You can have a drag and drop system for placing the templates in emails. You can select photographs to go with news stories very, very quickly. There's no need to download any complicated software. The platform of MailChimp contains all of the necessary infrastructure. I simply upload the database of our readers, and these readers receive the email through MailChimp servers. Some of the cons of MailChimp are its cost. Obviously, the more users you have, the larger the subscriber list, the larger the cost incrementally. It would also be nice to be able to send videos of a longer duration through MailChimp. I'm sure that would be achieved at some point, but that's one of the requests I would make.
Steve K.: Hi, my name's Steve. I'm the CMO of a small organization, and I give HighLevel a five-star rating. Previously, I was using another funnel-building software, and while it was a good tool, it had a lot of limitations in terms of the fact that I had to ducttape other platforms into it. Now that I'm using HighLevel, everything is in one platform, and I love it. I chose HighLevel really because it's the all-in-one tool, and it even allows me to add other businesses underneath mine if I choose to do so. But the fact that I have everything inside of one platform has really saved me not only time but money. Getting started with HighLevel was very simple. Literally within a minute I had my account set up, and the fact that I could import funnels from the other builder I was previously using and it imported all the images, all the copy made it incredibly easy to get up and running. So within literally hours, I was in business with HighLevel, and I'm not looking back. So if you're currently using other funnel builders or other tools to build your website and your business and you're paying for other services, you should add up all those services because it's going to get into the hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. With HighLevel, you're going to have one low price. So I can't recommend it enough.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
