They are a great alternative to the large and complicated systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft. However I do see a lot of needed development before they can attract large companies.
No off mode facility and without location does not work on mobile app. Sometimes cpanel work slowly.
For me it was easy to implement for a single users and the customer service to customize was GREAT. The system is simple to learn and task require very few keystrokes.
Which fields require input and which fields are viewable or editable. Should be able to define all fields and all drop down select menus on all fields.
Overall experience has been quite effective. We have managed to plug leaks in material consumption and also improve service level assurance for customers.
One of the limitations that will hurt in attracting large enterprise users is that I did not see any tools to intergrate the system with internal company systems such as SAP.
The software is easy to operate and very minimal training is required. Business processes are integrated very effectively.
Freshdesk is an effective channel for providing great customer services. It helps me managing multiple stores and providing responsive services to my clients.
This means that tickets sometimes get lost, and following a ticket doesn't support me much. Also, tickets can get lost when transferred to another team.
Happy, good support and account management and good value for money compared to other services in the market.
The amount of standard features missing from a standard inbox are really disappointing - such things as being able to send to multiple recipients, saving drafts and the search function.
Applications/Addons are great for customizing. Integrations with other products are fantastic.

What a good platform that helps solve work problems in addition to concluding agreements, with the ability to collect all important messages, which makes it easy.
Tools is really inefficient and their automation tools are built by people with very little CSX experience. Everything needs to be hacked somehow.
