They are a great alternative to the large and complicated systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft. However I do see a lot of needed development before they can attract large companies.
No off mode facility and without location does not work on mobile app. Sometimes cpanel work slowly.
For me it was easy to implement for a single users and the customer service to customize was GREAT. The system is simple to learn and task require very few keystrokes.
Which fields require input and which fields are viewable or editable. Should be able to define all fields and all drop down select menus on all fields.
Overall experience has been quite effective. We have managed to plug leaks in material consumption and also improve service level assurance for customers.
One of the limitations that will hurt in attracting large enterprise users is that I did not see any tools to intergrate the system with internal company systems such as SAP.

Yonyx takes the "Trouble" out of troubleshooting.
It is easy to use and made our whole company more successful. It is also easy to change- the administrator can edit at any time quickly which is great for a growing and changing company.
But that's scarcely a problem given we embed these in our own site and use that navigation instead.
The routing and flow of the issue trees is good and its very helpful to users. The best thing is that we can take feed back at end of any tree and and customise the tree easily.
The lack of accessibility features could deter some users.

If the administrator has not set it up properly, there can be broken links, and then you are left without a place to go.
