Simio vs MIE Trak Pro: Which is a better fit?

The SimBit is really good, an excellent tool for quick start. The introduction is really good.

I find there is a lack of documentation in general.

It is a good simulation software with easy to understand charts and reports. Its visuals are very good and easy to use.

Advanced functions might get hard to use if you don't have an experienced user helping you. Error messages could be more explicit and create a reference to where the configurational conflict lies.

It has improved a lot and, at this time, I think is the best simulation software. As a profesor and a researcher, my students and I take advantage of its flexibility, easy of use, and performance.

Hidden functions (hard to find functions intuitively). Lack of shared materials online (compared to Arena).

The support team are great and very friendly and over all I find the package excellent. I would certainly recommend this to others.

Sometimes it is difficult to build a logic, especially with processes.

The mobile warehouse is great and our team loves it. The kiosk for tracking wo progress is great and was easy to implement.

Lack of sound documentation when setting up for the first time.

I think our feedback is important and many fixes had been approved in order to seek the most from it. A relative open solution, easy to customize and great support.

Lack of manual describing all functionality aspects.

The customer service of Mie Trak Pro is amazing. They were very helpful with importing all of our data from our old ERP and accounting system and have a responsive team.

It is somewhat difficult to train team members, especially those who aren't as experienced with computers and databases.

Their willingness to customize programs and provide new innovative solutions to help us work more effectively has always been their greatest asset.

New builds often cause unforeseen problems. Some smaller “nuisance” issues have not be fixed for several build generations.
