Great - has been an excellent step into the HRMS world from our spreadsheets and manual processes. Good support, great price, deep feature set.
Basic support is useless (i called with 3 questions, hung up with 3 unaswered questions and having lost 45mn). Unsufficient documentation.
Overall our experience with Zoho People has been excellent, we are relying it as an integral part of how our organization works. The sales and support teams are fantastic and very friendly.
The lack of decent support even for paid plan, and lack of basic features, only shows what low quality/bar they have set out for themselves.
It is easy to use and allows me to access employees personal information whenever needed. Its features like time tracking, custom rules for leaves, and approval settings are excellent.
However, in general, customer support is very bad. Very slow response time.
All essential Capabilities out of the box & customization capabilities. Loved the workflow capabilities.
The main issue we faced with this software is the API limitation that has a maximum of 200 record per request.
I like that the ability to send am message to someone that they did a great job for that day or anything else that happened is a great way to notate a day and a worker.
Support was very unresponsive and unapologetic. I'm not sure what is so difficult about reactivating an account that was suspended in error.
I liked the ability to clock in and out from my phone without having to VPN into my office network to the payroll system.
High ability to abuse and get paid for time you are not working.
Clockspot was one of the ways used to help. We were able to track in great detail the time spend on tasks and evaluate what tasks need to be done.
Believing that the problem was with my carrier (especially since we had experienced so much rain), I contacted my carrier who indicated that I did not have a problem on my line.
The ability to set tasks for people is awesome.
3 times we had an issue where our services was incorrectly suspended for 5+ days at a time.
