Overall is good, and decent to keep an order within teams. You can easily see who is your supervisor.

Pros

It's easy to use but I consider that works better for small business. It shows my job position, payroll, has the section of customer support which is important, I do think is worth the money and it's good to improve communication between teams.

Cons

The mobile app needs more improvement, while on the page the navigation is good, the app just lacks of accessibility and also feels that's more restricted.

We use Bamboo HR on a daily basis, it is simple, easy and always functioning well. We haven't had any major issues and customer support is always so helpful if we need it!

Pros

Bamboo HR is a one stop shop! This is amazing for seeing our whole team in one spot as well as being able to see our own info. It's easy to navigate!

Cons

There isn't anything that we dislike about to Bamboo HR. It's a central, one-stop-shop which is always appreciated.

It's good. Although I have to remember some things and some paths instead of just natural navigation, it's more pros than cons.

Pros

\- It's quite complete with all its features, but I don't think my company use all the features available. - The Time Off request automatically takes in consideration the holidays. This is chef's kiss - The Org Chart is super complete

Cons

Some of its navigation are quite weird, for ex: - To find the docs I signed, I would instinctively navigate to Bamboo and select the Files option on the sidebar, but no. I have to remember it's actually on My Info and Documents? Doesn't seem to make sense to me - The org chart cannot be filtered by a single person and everyone below them.

Been using this app for over 5 years & it makes finding my employee info super easy & fast. Easy to find company updates, announcements, etc. I like the mobile version too because it's so convenient on the go.

Pros

All of the info I need in one spot. Easy to operate. I can request vacation, PTO days, etc. months in advance and know my balance within minutes. Love the built-in calculator to help me see the amount of time I am working with before I actually request the time off.

Cons

Don't like that cell numbers are exposed. Maybe that is an easily resolved issue that is at the company's discretion.

My overall experience has been quite good with BambooHR. It helped me hire the right people for the right job.

Pros

It’s quite good for hiring the right people. It has a clear structure and the process is logical most of the time

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming at first. There are a alot of functions in the platform so you need to dive deep to understand all of it.

Great experience. Much better than workday. Easy to see by PTO balance and others. Easy to schedule PTO.

Pros

Easy to use and reliable. I'm using this often and I like it. Interface is easy to navigate. Great sourse.

Cons

"Upcoming Time Off" is too short. I would like to have an option to expand and see till end of the year.

Generally a good software. We are a much larger business and do not seem to have any problems using the software

Pros

Easy to use and navigate, good notification settings. We do not use the system for payroll. Job posting are good.

Cons

Different tiers of visibility and be frustrating when I am required to have an administrator go in and reset my clearances.

I like Bamboo so far, It's a great tool. I am very pleased with it, I haven't had the opportunity to utilize all the tools it features quite yet.

Pros

Bamboo provides easy access to personal information, it facilitates payroll documents in case the consumer needs to print or update any information. It also allows the company to list a companywide employee directory, with department information.

Cons

N/A - I haven't encountered issues with Bamboo that I can speak negatively about. The experience has been pleasant thus far.

I am a manager who appreciates having key information on my team at a glance! I really love how user friendly it is, but i think we should be able to see more about the team? maybe build a view ourselves? having a little bit more settings could be cool, but bamboo has been an ally to my role and I appreciate it!! (feels younger ??if that's even a thing? Like more modern, actual. Love it!)

Pros

Ease of use, the reminders for teams anniversaries and birthdays are awesome and well scheduled (ahead of time, the week of, etc). Having the insta and Linkedin links is a cool idea too! Love how you can see your team's calendar when approving vacations too, super helpful.

Cons

I think the level of profil personnalisation is cool , but we should do more a little bit! Color, emoji, pronounms, vue, dashboards even maybe?
