BambooHR brings all your employee, payroll, time, and benefit information together in one place, giving you the data accuracy, security, and coordination you need to sleep soundly.
A hiring platform for both small and large businesses who hire for a few roles and those who hire consistently throughout the year.
The platform is beautifully smooth and aesthetic, while being effective and logical. Their Customer Service is the best I've experienced in my time in HR.
I was ashamed to use this as the face of my company to new hires. The user permissions structure was confusing also.
I love how easy it is to find my coworkers and see who's on vacation. I love how easy it is to request time off and also locate employee contacts if I need it.
This happened nearly every year after I have spent almost an hour writing, and then POOF! all of it would be lost.
Excellent project data management and the Applicant tracking functionalities and easy reporting across several projects the tool is fantastic.
There have been almost no updates to the UX/UI and the platforms visuals. It's hard to navigate around, unintuitive and overall tiring.
Overall it's a great little system and great value for money for a smaller business. The customer service is awesome.
I think notifications is the missing feature notifications of new Hires. Notifications before Time off.
Linkedin Jobs is very reliable and it connects the best professional out there. I love the software and we have one of the best workforce out there because of Linkedin jobs.
Not everyone has a LinkedIn account and not everyone are aware of you can find a job using LinkedIn Jobs. Also, there are some fake accounts and spammers.
It's easy to use and like other social media like Facebook. But this platform is reliable and trustworthy for professionals like me and increase my horizon regarding my academic field.
The only negative to this was I am connected to other co-workers on LinkedIn so i was worried they could tell I was search for a new job.
I like that the software is user friendly. It is easy to add in search criteria and find what opportunities you are looking for or to find someone looking for the type of opportunity you have open.
People send scams and message offers that are basically fake. Also, searching for jobs can lead your down a rabbit hole and they only show 1 job description at a time.
LinkedIn Jobs is a great tool if you are looking for hiring top talent. The granularity of the search conditions and options to search for that candidate are simply awesome.
I get spam messages sometimes which is annoying. There are not many people who use LinkedIn for their professional networking.
Kurt: My name is Kurt. I am the Chief People Officer with Louisville Paving and Construction and we are 554 active team members. I would definitely give BambooHR a number five rating. Prior to implementing BambooHR, less than a year ago, we had a whole hodgepodge of systems and just a myriad of Excel spreadsheets. We are obviously very pleased to be a company that has grown very quickly. Just less than three years ago, we had less than 300 people. Right now, we're hoping to top 600 people. So we grew very quickly and really found ourselves in a position of really struggling with how to organize our information in one location. So we obviously chose BambooHR. It was clearly the right decision for us as it was easy to implement and so we're quite pleased with that. We chose BambooHR, one is because obviously it's an industry recognized brand, it's also scalable, so it was the right size for us. It wasn't too big, it wasn't too small. It fit perfectly within our needs. The implementation process was something that was going to be critical to us because we were also in the process of implementing an ERP parallel to this. So while the two systems eventually did integrate through an API, we were looking for ease of implementation. Obviously a good reputation, which BambooHR does have and then also from a cost standpoint, we wanted to make sure that this was something that also fit within our budget. I've been in this industry, it'll be 35 years this month, and this was by far the easiest implementation and hopefully the last implementation I will do from an HRIS perspective. I think from beginning to end, with respect to the implementation and talking to the sales rep who then handed us off to a more than capable project manager, we were about five weeks from very beginning to very end, getting more than 500 people up and running on the BambooHR platform. For anyone that's considering BambooHR, I think it's really a strong recommendation. Again, similar to the process that we went through, make sure that it's the right size for your needs. Obviously, make sure that the cost fits within your budget. I do like the fact that you're not locked into a long-term contract, which gives you flexibility. But above and beyond, I will tell you that not only was the implementation seamless, it's obviously well worth the cost that we spend for it. The support that we get from BambooHR is top-notch. I've never received such a high level of support, responsiveness and creativity from any of their support associates like I have with BambooHR. Highly recommend them.
Charles M.: Hi, my name is Charles. I'm a mental performance consultant working with my personal business, Miller Consulting, and we have myself plus three others employees. I give LinkedIn Jobs a rank of four out of five. Before LinkedIn Jobs, I was using Indeed, Jobs [inaudible 00:00:23] and all these other similar software. Nothing against those programs or software, it just wasn't working for what I was looking for for myself and the people around the company. So we made the transition to LinkedIn Jobs where the network and connections that you could do on the platform were huge in finding something that worked for us with LinkedIn Jobs. We chose LinkedIn Jobs first of all, because the network is probably one of the biggest one. And also because there were a lot of job posting every single day compared to other software, which made us obviously a bit more attracted to LinkedIn Jobs compared to any others. Plus LinkedIn Jobs is very user-friendly, and it's something that you can have on the go all the time. LinkedIn Jobs was very easy to get started, to get it done on our computer, on our phone, something that we really enjoyed, also, to look either for a job for someone. Also to post for a job, it was very, very easy, as simple as running down an email to be honest. My piece of advice with LinkedIn Jobs is make sure you're totally committed when you decide to go and use this software because things can move really fast. So if you're not ready, if you're not willing to get a job or to look into maybe finding someone for a specific position, don't waste anyone's time. So make sure that you're really committed and ready to go once you use LinkedIn Jobs.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
