CozyRoc SSIS+ Components Suite vs Pabbly Connect: Which is a better fit?

Customer service is very responsive and helpful. COZYROC has been more than willing to help us implement their tools in the most reliable, easy, and safest way possible.

I ran into the same problem on two separate occasions, about 1 year apart, so don't think it's isolated.

I think the customer service at CozyRoc is above and beyond the competition. They are super quick to get back on support issues, very accurate on troubleshooting, and a pleasure to work with.

We had an issue installing CozyRoc where there was a conflict and we had to reinstall VS 2015 and SQL Server Management Studio on my machine.

The interfaces with Sharepoint (both on-prem and on-line) and with Salesforce have save me many wasted man-days of effort. Allied to that, the enhanced file tasks have made this a superb purchase.

Its a bit hard to get your head around the whole SSIS+ and the documentation on the table difference component is a bit limited.

But just as important as the functionality is the support that the team provides - They have answered every question I have ever submitted, quickly and friendly.

When writing transactions, one has to separate the transaction lines with an empty row. CozyRoc provides the Query component to automatically setup the empty rows.

For me, Pabbly Connect is the perfect combination of ease of use, stable operation, number of integrations and, above all, price. I highly recommend it - it's my number one.

Also, we really need a drag and drop feature to move the workflow, it will be so much easier to work with.

First, the price and the task calculating system, then the quality which is very poor compared to the other tools they are trying to "compete" with.

I appreciate how quickly I'm able to build out and test integrations. I've found the available free tasks to be fantastic too - I can focus on creating the perfect workflow.

The platform is sometimes buggy, and executions fail. Although the team is quick to help us sort it out, the platform still needs more stability.
