Customer service is very responsive and helpful. COZYROC has been more than willing to help us implement their tools in the most reliable, easy, and safest way possible.
I ran into the same problem on two separate occasions, about 1 year apart, so don't think it's isolated.
I think the customer service at CozyRoc is above and beyond the competition. They are super quick to get back on support issues, very accurate on troubleshooting, and a pleasure to work with.
We had an issue installing CozyRoc where there was a conflict and we had to reinstall VS 2015 and SQL Server Management Studio on my machine.
The interfaces with Sharepoint (both on-prem and on-line) and with Salesforce have save me many wasted man-days of effort. Allied to that, the enhanced file tasks have made this a superb purchase.
Its a bit hard to get your head around the whole SSIS+ and the documentation on the table difference component is a bit limited.
But just as important as the functionality is the support that the team provides - They have answered every question I have ever submitted, quickly and friendly.
When writing transactions, one has to separate the transaction lines with an empty row. CozyRoc provides the Query component to automatically setup the empty rows.
My overall experience with Albato has been wonderful. Its impressive catalog of applications, along with the ease of creating customized workflows, has simplified my tasks immensely.
Apparently I can integrate anything that has an API in about 15 minutes - I don't think of myself as stupid but it's beaten me.

Hard to add your own app if you have no prior experience with how APIs are configured.
Really good, like I said it was easy and intuitive to setup and manage integrations and support has been prompt and fantastic.
Specific integrations like Prestashop may be missing, but it is a "failure" that can be solved in the future.
Its a good tool, I have found it reliable and useful to integrate workflows and data between our business tools.
As someone with advanced automation needs, I found myself somewhat restricted by the available features.
