Pros-generally pretty easy to understand and integrates fairly seamlessly into existing company websites to allow for a pleasant candidate experience.
Calendar integration in Google Apps is not working very well, but this is a minor annoyance only.
Recruiterbox is useful in helping us manage applicants in one place, the pricing is great and the customer service is amazing.
They raised their rates and hadn't upgraded the product. I have complained, begged, asked nicely, screamed, and nothing has changed.

We likle humi - we still have a few complaints from the supervisors regarding the english and the performance that are long (every question needs an answer).
Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.
The performance management module is almost useless. It was not setup with a performance management cycle in mind.

I was on customer support when no one was available so it asked me to schedule a meeting at a later time. When the meeting came around, no one was available.
I love how easy it is to maneuver, as an admin or employee. The onboarding features are very useful and practical, employee overviews are very clear.
Software is difficult (if not impossible) to customize.
