The experience with Imagen has been great. They are still very much involved with our platform and help, as well as encourage, us to use the software to the best of it's ability.
They need to fix this situation asap. Other than that, there isn't much that I see missing, frankly.
Very good, our partnership manager is always very reposive and helpful. It provides a great platform to showcase our content and has definitely helped convert sales.
There could be more tools to make tagging easier - templates for regular uploads. Also uploading tools for clients with poor connectivity.
They are so great to work with, go above and beyond to meet our needs, are creative and innovative, and truly just a great experience. Their technology is just what we needed.

The Support team is great and really responsive. In terms of the portal the ease of use for admin - to manage users and groups etc - is great.
There is a few features which we do not make the most potential of I believe, but I am unsure how they would integrate into our business etc.
The best cloud storage and management with immense capabilities with easy in URL sharing and transformation features with easy to understand documentation, Super fast customer responses.
There are no features that I dislike about this software as a general user for now.
We liked how Cloudinary was a stable cloud image SaaS with a good reputation. We needed a solid hosting provider, and Cloudinary was a wise choice.
Not sure if it's user error on my part, but I had the exact name of the jpg file I was looking for, tried to search for it and no results were found.
The other best thing is their really cooperative and nice technical support. They provide industry's best technical support even if you're using their free service.
Nothing that I can think of other than having to pay for a small amount of storage space.
I like that Cloudinary is a great tool to organize creative assets for our website. It's an excellent CDN to implement to your website.
But what is not acceptable to us is the fact that e-mails go unanswered for a couple of days and the support on the business side is very weak.
