3 out of 5 times they have no solution to offer. Also, servers can be slow at times rendering the system "dead in the water" as we call it.

I have been using more recently the calling/texting for reminder calls. I am paying just to have my patients complaining that they are not receiving any calls.
I can put all of my needed documentation and upload files with ease. It is very user friendly and I would recommend this product to anyone.
You don't always realize this has happened and continue documenting in the note, only to find out that you have documented in 2 different notes and then have to cut and paste to combine them.
