SAM - Superintendent's Automated Manager vs Visual Planning: Which is a better fit?

It has everything on there and it is very user friendly displays all the info in a simple way and formats for print perfectly.

I was having some trouble with the scheduling of my team, i was using excel tabs to try to complete all the work, the reality is that i was spending so much time in it with very poor results.

My overall experience was great I cannot complain the software did its job and did what I was expecting it to and hoping for.

The drop down view of multiple items on a single day needs work as you can easily miss items that are scheduled in your view.

Overall great organization of info very easy to navigate.

Moving too fast on the software makes it freeze or slow down. Some of the different features are hard to understand until used more often.

Easy to adjust schedules on the fly. I like being able to attached anything and everything when sending scheduling notifications.

I don't like How I can't fiew a lot of task on the monthly schedule. Especially if I'm on my laptop.

Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.

Limited functionality in automation and encountered glitches when deploying auto-email notifications.

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.

While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.

Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.

Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.

I like the flexibility, the level of customization, and the amazing customer service.

It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.
