Planbox is perfect for SCRUM and works well with other project management methodologies. Our application allows small teams in companies of all sizes to plan, collaborate and deliver more efficiently.
Beesbusy can be used by teams of all sizes and all industries. From project management experts to beginners, everyone can easily organize their tasks and manage their projects.
Easy to adopt, quick to use (doesn't add work load!), great UX, awesome customer support, perfect for distributed teams.
I needed to pay with Amex and had to contact them for that.
I love the robustness and how it helps us manage our projects. The reports are great and always allow us to keep track everything we are doing.
No native app (iOS/Android). Mobile website needs an upgrade.
Our team of 50 users love using Planbox agile PM. It was easy to on board everyone right away and our team loves how easy it is to use and how much easier it is to track and monitor our projects.
I'm a pm in a midsize company (75-100). I've tried to implement agile in our organization for quite a while (not only in software dev), and I've had trouble getting team adoption.
The interface is very easy to use, and very easy to get started. They have a lot of very cool features, and it was made for agile project management which is great.
On this application I like the fact that it is very easy to create lists of tasks, and to follow the progress of our project. The multi-project view is also a big advantage over these competitors.
On the downside, I am disappointed with the support and I know there must be a way to configure the page text to always be in English and not the default French.
I use the business version but this is super easy to invite people to collaborate on a project even if they want to use only the free version.
No possibility to work offline (when in a plane for example). No when or who view on mobile.
The experience is great and it helps us sort all our projects and task, as well as share what's going on with teams working from other offices.
I can't think of anything, I didn't encounter any specific difficulty.
Very fast and easy to use from the smartphone for a quick check. Nice design and rich fontions from the webapp for business purpose.
The other problem is BeesBusy does not provide a way to use your own subdomain, like [SENSITIVE CONTENT.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
