The integration on our site is great, and makes it super easy for our customers to navigate. The interface, check-in process, and integrated waivers are all great.
Customer chargebacks are in a vacuum. The dispute department ignores all of your emails and does not reply to your response to the chargeback so you even know if they are advocating for you.

The interphase with google analytics was superior and enabled great conversion tracking through the reservation system with minimal set up. Color and theme set up with canned emails was good.
I had a recapture on a security deposit May 8 but as of today still do not have the funds. Nearly $1200 in damage to a rental vehicle I paid to repair but waiting 6 weeks for customer funds.

This is incredibly damaging to my company's reputation - and a serious waste of my staff's time as we have to get on the phone with Peek, again and again, to try and get these issues resolved.

Also having to create an allocation for each date range is a lot of work when other systems just use a grid of room types and dates with block/ pickup/ allocation/ rate.

Another reason I chose Peek PRO is because the subscription for me as a business owner is free. I don't have a monthly bill. The way their system is built out, they collect ticketing fees for managing my account. I've had a very positive experience onboarding with Peek PRO. I had a team dedicated to me and migrating from my old calendar to my new calendar and moving over my appointments and my customers. And it's been very easy when I've needed to get ahold of someone to get an answer I need. And there are a lot of resources for those that just prefer online resource of articles to troubleshoot. If you want to save time and be able to set up systems to manage your customers on a complex calendar, I'd highly recommend Peek PRO because it will save you time, and it's also increased my sales.
