Most importantly it is really cool being able to have an option of growth and flexibility to perfect with programers. It is really this option that makes this a system worth the continued investment.

It does not work well at all on a mobile device.

The support team is superb, always quick to answer emails and are very wonderful to speak with over the phone.

I find the accounting side of the software a little more confusing than the front of house platform but I'm not an accountant.

Reliable product, prompt and informative customer service, affordable price. You won,t find a better PMS system for such an outstanding cost in our industry.

It is one of the least user-friendly software I have ever used. All the functionalities are difficult to find within the platform.

When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view.

Also having to create an allocation for each date range is a lot of work when other systems just use a grid of room types and dates with block/ pickup/ allocation/ rate.

We are very happy with the software and the customer service we have received. They are very responsive and if they don't have an answer for an issue and say they will call you back they do.

They wasted our time onboarding us only to raise their prices beyond what we can afford. They lied to us by telling us they wanted to work with small camps.

Easy to manage bookings and has great integrations and other features. Glad they have a training database and certification program.

I also wish you could choose which invoice to attach a meter reading to. I am finding them being doubled on reservations because they are attaching to the wrong monthly invoice.

The support team for this system is amazing. They are always available and have a great team attitude.

So far, I have had a hard time finding an end of day report that gives us what we need.

The Campspot team has worked hand-in-hand with with us from set up to going live. They were a wealth of knowledge and were always happy to help and answer questions.

They can't charge to a site because they weren't the primary person who made the reservation, don't have a Customer Profile, and don't have a Credit Card on file.
