Kashoo vs Zoho Invoice: Which is a better fit?

So when I started my small business, I was looking for software to run my accounting, and I looked at Wave and QuickBooks, but ended up picking Kashoo because Wave, even though it's free, has a lot of upgrades and no phone support, and QuickBooks is too expensive. One of the reasons I went with Kashoo was because of its user interface. It's very simple to use, easy to learn, and it comes with full support, including phone support and all the automations that come with it. Pretty impressive. Integrating my business into Kashoo was a snack. All I had to do was sign into my bank accounts, sign into my cards, credit cards, and right away I was seeing all my information just populate into it. For anybody thinking about checking out Kashoo, I would highly recommend it. Above all, it's a solid stable piece of software, and I think they have like a 14 day free trial. So there's nothing to lose.

Michelle: My name is Michelle. I work for MTP Paralegal Services. I'm the owner there. And I would give Zoho Invoicing a rating of five. I was using Excel. And the problems that I was having is that it was manual. So I would have to not only input the formulas, but I would also have to export the pages or the invoices to PDF so that I could send them to my clients. And Zoho has enabled me to be able to just input the amounts and they send it to the client directly. I was already using Zoho Mail, so I saw that they offered a Zoho Invoicing and I thought I'd give it a try. So I gave it a try and I actually loved it. Using it was actually really easy because it's integrated into the Zoho Mail app, so I was able to use it from there. And I just downloaded the app, and that's also very, very easy. It's easy to set up my clients and it's easy to set up the invoices. Okay. The advice that I would give is, it's really good for small businesses because it allows you to add different contacts for the invoice. So you don't have to just add one contact, you can add email addresses, and you can also add different phone numbers. And it lets you send the email directly from the app, so you don't have to worry about sending it manually. And it also allows you to use your internal invoicing system. So for example, I already had my own numbering system, but when I transitioned, I just updated it to the Zoho Invoice, and that was really easy.
