LogicMonitor vs WebTitan: Which is a better fit?

I am happy to say the Logic Monitor has the best support of any company I have ever worked with in my 25+ years in the industry. Does not hurt that their product is awesome either.

It is insane the amount of applications that we ditched when switching over to LogicMonitor simply because of the mass amounts of information it can pull and alert on.

The community forums are great and Logic Monitor actually listens to the customers and very often implements recommended improvements. Great product, Great company.

Logicmonitor only charges you 1 license to monitor the switch and you can have (I believe) an unlimited number of monitored items within that switch.

It has made training new techs a breeze due to documentation and ease of use. They are responsive to requests and open to help you help them build the product.

We no longer spend time sustaining remote access mechanisms that make it cumbersome to view our monitoring data...wherever and whenever that data is needed, a browser is all that is required.

There is the protection in real time, this is the thing that i like in this software and also the cloud security this is so awesome.

The program cut down the amount of time engineers spent checking resource management of vcenter.

It is a solution that can be perfectly integrated and it really is very effective for what you are looking for.

The IP configuration part of it, was quite particular, if you get it wrong, you'll have problems.

Some of its best features include the ease of setting it up, its ability to filter encrypted connections, the ability to filter specific url their fantastic customer support.

There was no pressure to purchase the software. The trial started out for a week and one email to rep to see if we could have more time and before we were off the phone it was extended to a month.

Good performance and simple implementation. I find this solution perfect for SME with not too complex networks configuration (absence of IAG).

I cannot seem to get it to show the same list of blocked attempts in the email. I can only get a block count by category along with a unique domain count.

Also very impressed with the customer service. They are very professional and responsive.

Over time, it became obvious that they were not supporting it well (or at all), all the while charging me a premium for it. Spam Titan on the other hand does the job well.
