I now will have to call my credit card company to block phorest from taking payments. Once they have your money forget getting any answers back from them if your unhappy with the services.

They seemed more technical than customer focused, and came across rude and actually a bit obnoxious in their replies, which is very unlike the Phorest communication you normally give.

Online booking tool is brilliant and the salon apps are super easy and efficient. The marketing tools are great sms reminders sms marketing email etc. the system was very easy to use.
Useless for marketing, their ‘upgraded’ marketing suite is frustrating and not at all user friendly.
The client records are fantastic, it is brilliant being able to see trends and which clients are spending the most money. So many pros to, I could go on.
That there was a lack of features on the mobile app.
Its easy to use, mobile friendly with many useful functions, its really worth the price. The client service is first classe, they answer fast and are very friendly.
