Phorest vs Versum: Which is a better fit?

I now will have to call my credit card company to block phorest from taking payments. Once they have your money forget getting any answers back from them if your unhappy with the services.

Every point of contact with the Phorest team is done with ease and professionalism. I am delighted with the software and impressed with the customer care.

They seemed more technical than customer focused, and came across rude and actually a bit obnoxious in their replies, which is very unlike the Phorest communication you normally give.

Customer service is excellent and if ever there is any issue, it is resolved promptly and smoothly - thankfully this is a rarity, as the software is so reliable.

I have no idea if they corrected the fault just with my account or whether other customers who have been affected but are still in the dark.

Online booking tool is brilliant and the salon apps are super easy and efficient. The marketing tools are great sms reminders sms marketing email etc. the system was very easy to use.

Useless for marketing, their ‘upgraded’ marketing suite is frustrating and not at all user friendly.

The client records are fantastic, it is brilliant being able to see trends and which clients are spending the most money. So many pros to, I could go on.

That there was a lack of features on the mobile app.

Its easy to use, mobile friendly with many useful functions, its really worth the price. The client service is first classe, they answer fast and are very friendly.

So it is a bit cumbersome to get to the screen to change this. Sometimes we just over-ride and book it, but it is a little bit frustrating.

Very happy with the software easy to use and the service is fantastic whenever I need help.

Even when I do call versum with a small issue it's dealt with or looked into. I'm struggling to vault it.

They are always so quick and happy to help with any thing that I need. I have recently started using the online booking feature which is included in the price and I think its brilliant.

One problem is only with customers database , If i doesn’t want to show for all employees this is nit possible.
